The studio was beautifully decorated and very clean, with a large balcony that overlooked a quiet area. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of information about the city and even going above and beyond to fix any issues that arose.
That the room was a bit small, with limited space for luggage. the wifi connection was not very strong and would often cut out or be slow, which was frustrating when trying to plan our activities or stay connected.

Incredible location in the heart of the Old Town, just steps from the Venetian Port. The room was stunning, with a charming balcony overlooking the lively pedestrian street. The bed was super comfortable and the overall vibe was mind-blowing. The host, Nora, was the kindest and most fun person we've met in Crete. She gave amazing advice on everything from the island's history to the best local food and wine. We had free wi-fi, an electric kettle, and all the cookware we needed. The air conditioning was a life-saver in the hot weather, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment when needed. Laundry facilities were also available, and there were cots if needed for families. This place truly exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back again!

The location, right in the heart of the old Venetian town, was perfect for exploring the charming streets and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. We loved strolling along the Old Venetian Harbor, taking in the beautiful views and watching the boats go by. The proximity to Kalamaki Beach was also a highlight, as we spent many enjoyable hours playing in the sand and swimming in the crystal-clear waters. Additionally, the hotel offered various recreational activities nearby, such as bicycle rentals, hiking/biking trails, and scooter/moped rentals.
My wife says that it would have been great if there were more children's activities available at Casa Del Mar. Despite the wonderful location and amenities, our kids sometimes wished for more organized entertainment or a designated play area.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with vintage furnishings and beautiful artwork adorning the walls. It created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it accessible for senior people like myself. The staff, particularly the children working there, were always friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay.
I would have loved to see more activities specifically tailored for senior people.
